Basically, I do what most
small business owners know they should be doing
to improve their businesses, but never do,
because they either don't have the time or the
knowledge and skills to do it ... and that is
to build business systems that create
efficiency, reduce costs and
deliver consistently better results
over time!
In other words, I
build all your business
systems, leaving you - the business owner
- free to get on with your
day-to-day work. At the end of this long
and detailed process, when all of your
business systems are completely built, I then
hand you all of the documentation, training
systems, checklists, procedures, operation
manuals, etc ... that I have built and that you
will need to run your business as a
fully systems-driven operation. You can
then assign, or outsource the work of
managing different areas of your business to
other people and focus on working ON your
business, instead of spending all of your time

previously doing before the implementation of
systems.
Around the end of 2001,
I was building a new company and
was introduced to Michael E. Gerber's
classic business book "
The E-Myth: Why Most Small Businesses Don't
Work And What To Do About It". After
reading the book, I was completely sold on the
idea of building a fully systems-driven
business, so, using "The E-Myth" as a blueprint
and with the help of my
small management team, I began to
incorporate Michael Gerber's principles into
building our new company.
It took myself and
my small team well over three years
of full-time work to translate the
powerful information contained
in Michael Gerber's slim book into a
completely documented 'step-by-step'
systems-driven business operation, as the book
suggests.
I then spent a
further four
years doing business training and
consulting work to learn how to apply and
integrate this information into other
people's businesses, plus another two
years after that gaining fluency and speed in
the business development process by building
several new automated businesses
online.
After spending almost a
decade fully immersed in the process of
creating efficient business systems and helping
businesses become "franchise-ready", I
now possess extensive knowledge and
an almost intuitive understanding of how
every component of a selling system works.
I can help just about any business owner
transform their business into a fully
systems-driven operation.
